RMS Omega offers comprehensive maintenance solutions tailored to meet your business needs. Our Service Care programs range from time and material service to service contracts, on-site service to depot repair—whatever suits your business needs.

RMS Omega knows how important it is to keep our technicians up to date and trained. RMS Omega is a Zebra Authorized Service Provider (ZASP), a Datamax Authorized Service Center (DASC), an Intermec Printer Service Partner (IPSP) and a Printronix Full Service Distributor.

We offer the following services:

Time and Material Service:

• On-Site Printer Repair - bar code printers/line printers/laser printers
• Depot Repair - for printers, scanners, handheld terminals

Maintenance Agreements:

• On-Site Contracts (Printers only)
• Standard - Next Business Day Response - Monday - Friday
  8 am - 5 pm (Excludes holidays)
• Custom - we can customize an on-site maintenance agreement to
  suite your needs 7 day/24 hour, hot swap programs available -
  please contact your customer service representative for more details.
• Consumable - a flexible service program that encompasses ribbons,
  labels, supplies and printer maintenance.
• Depot Contract - Standard or Custom
• Standard - Quick turnaround time (3-5 days average)
• Custom - we can customize a depot contract to suite your requirements -
  expedited repair/hot swap programs - please contact your customer
  service representative for more details.

Professional Services:

• RF Site Surveys and Installation

Label Services:

• Compliance labeling
• Verification
• Pre-print labels
• Survey and label your warehouse
