Tracking Software for Histology
Niceware's LabelClinic® HTS is a scalable barcode tracking system for Histology workflow in the Anatomic Pathology lab. LabelClinic HTS enables the lab to configure the system to accommodate their workflow, without compromising patient safety or confidentiality. LabelClinic HTS provides the following benefits to your Histology workflow:
- Sub-process level bar code tracking for cassettes and slides
- Configurable workflow for maximum flexibility
- Hardware agnostic to allow printing from most cassette and slide printers or thermal label printers
- Configure sub-process to run on mobile computers to minimize hardware footprint in small areas
- Productivity reporting for lab personnel, slides cassettes, workflow and more
- LIS interface to receive accessioning data
Laboratory Specimen Identification
The NiceForm module provides very specific identification application options in laboratory environments. For example, NiceForm drives histology cassettes and slide printing systems to uniquely identify specimen in laboratories.NiceWatch adds a separate integration layer connecting NiceLabel applications to your Laboratory Information System (LIS).
While NiceForm is used for very specific identification applications, NiceWatch adds a bar code to any specimen requisition form when the LIS is incapable to output the required barcode.
Laboratory Specimen Identification benefits:
- Simplified data input and reduced error rate in data processing and label printing
- Bar code and RFID smart label printing from any Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Easy connectivity and HL7 global messaging from multiple healthcare information systems
- High value but moderately priced
Lab Labels
RMS Omega offers cryogenic label solutions. Our line of materials includes tear resistant, synthetic materials that will not be weakend by moisture or cold conditions and can withstand temperatures as low as -112°F. RMS Omega also provides customized labels for Cerner, MISYS/Sunquest, and Meditech operating systems.
