Field Sales Executive:
We are currently looking for someone who is comfortable in an outside sales position. You must be successful at developing leads, cold calling, networking and making face-to-face sales presentations, as well as maintaining an existing customer base. Candidates are required to provide excellent customer support and exceed customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate relationships with potential customers and manufactures
- Work internally to meet the needs of clients
- Sell hardware, software, and services to customers, so that his/her performance exceeds quota
- Attend and actively participate in all training and sales meetings
Skill Requirements:
- 2 years of technology sales preferred
- 2 years of outside sales experience required
- Proven track record with two plus years in the auto ID Industry
- RF Experience in 802.11a/ b/g
- A base knowledge of networks and how they work
- Top performer that exceeds annual quota
- An individual that is “self motivated” and can work with limited supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- RFID experience a plus
Professional Service Technician:
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a customer facing technical position. You must be able to interface with customers to assess their needs and make adjustments on the fly. Problem solving skills and a willingness to travel are a must. Proved excellent customer support and exceeding customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Help to assess customer needs and find solutions for them
- Conduct wireless site surveys and installations
- Configure and test equipment prior to installation
- Train customers on hardware and software
- Work to complete projects on time and on budget
Skill Requirements:
- 2 years of technology support preferred
- An understanding of basic and advanced computer networking concepts
- Problem solving skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- An individual that is “self motivated” and can work with limited supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skill
- Knowledge of any of the following is a plus:
- Manufacturers
- Motorola Solutions (Symbol); Intermec; LXE; Datalogic; Cisco; Zebra; Datamax
- Equipment:
- 802.11 a/b/g/n Wireless systems (Cisco and Motorola)
- Barcode Scanners
- Mobile computers
- Microsoft Windows Servers
- Automated Data Collection experience a plus
- RFID experience a plus
